August 1, 2019 – Cody, Wy - YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK
We stayed 8 days in Cody, Wy making it our jump-off point to see Yellowstone National Park. It is about an hour drive from Cody to the West Yellowstone Entrance.
There are five entrances to Yellowstone:
North Entrance – Mammoth Hot
Springs
Northeast Entrance - Wildlife
South Entrance – Yellowstone
Park & Grand Teton Park
East Entrance – Yellowstone Lake
West Entrance – Geysers
From Cody we were able to make it to all the entrances except the South Entrance. We would pack a picnic lunch, road dog Jake, and spend all day exploring Yellowstone. AWESOME!
